How do I redeem a code?

In Settings › Whatplay Premium, tap “Have a code?”, type it and tap “Redeem”. Upper or lower case, hyphens and spaces don’t matter. On Android TV it’s in the same place: press OK on the field to type it with the TV keyboard. You need a connection.

• Premium code: gives you Whatplay Premium on that device, forever or until the date the app shows you; when that date comes, it ends on its own.
• Discount code: lowers the price of the subscription: in the plans you’ll see the usual price crossed out and what it costs with the code. Only in the Google Play version.

If it says the code doesn’t exist, has expired or has already been redeemed as many times as allowed, check how you typed it or ask whoever gave it to you for another one.
